Yoga is an ancient pathway that has something for everyone in our contemporary world. Through private sessions and open classes I share a hatha and bhakti practice opening the physical, and the heart, with the aim of stilling the mind. Breath supports the rhythm of the postures, attention to the body in motion brings the mind into focus.
